The Tennessee Immigration and Refugee Rights Coalition will host Tennessee political officials at its third annual Legislative Reception Wednesday, March 29, 2006. The purpose of the event is to network with government leaders to convey statewide support for immigrants and refugees and express concerns about negativity in current and proposed laws affecting individuals and families from other countries.
The reception will be accompanied by a rally to accomodate the expected large crowd of support.
